About

Check all my apps: https://apps.mmendelson.com/ Dynamic Hours is a 24-hour watch face whose dial moves forward with you. Twelve numerals sit at the usual clock positions, and the one standing at the current hour's position IS the current hour — the largest, in the accent colour. The others count upward clockwise from it, smaller and quieter the further ahead they are, so one glance reads as the next twelve hours in order. At the top of every hour the whole ring advances by one. Minutes orbit the dial as a small accent dot with the value beneath it, a hairline second hand sweeps from the centre, and three complications of your choice sit inside the ring. Midnight is drawn as 24, never as 0: this is a 24-hour face, with no AM/PM anywhere on it. Nothing to pair, no account, no password — every value on the dial comes from your watch's own clock and its own sensors. === Features === - The progressive 24-hour dial: the current hour at its own clock position, the next eleven ascending clockwise, each one smaller and dimmer than the one before. - Three complications you choose yourself — top, left and right — from date, heart rate, steps, calories, distance, active minutes, floors, battery, battery days, temperature, Pulse Ox, Body Battery, stress, respiration, recovery, solar intensity, VO2 max and notifications. Only the ones your watch can actually measure are offered, and any slot can be switched off. - Four accent colours: Champagne gold, Rose, Platinum and Ice blue. - Three text sizes, on top of an automatic adjustment that enlarges the text on smaller screens, so a 42 mm watch reads as easily as a 51 mm one. - Digital time in the centre and a hairline second hand, each of which can be switched off. - A deep radial background or a flat one, your choice. - On AMOLED watches, choose what stays on while the watch sleeps: all the numerals, the complications and the digital time, each on its own switch. Dimming and burn-in protection follow what your model requires, never a setting. - On transflective (MIP) watches, keep the full face while the watch sleeps or drop to a quieter one. - Distance and temperature follow your watch's own units; step and calorie counts are grouped with your language's thousands separator. - Five languages: English, Portuguese, French, German and Russian. The face follows your watch's language setting. === Tips and FAQs === The numerals change once an hour, all at the same time. That is the idea of the face and not a refresh problem: in between, only the minute marker, the second hand and the digital time move. The digital time in the centre is always 24-hour, even when your watch is set to 12-hour. A ring running up to 24 above a readout saying 4:09 PM would be two clocks on one dial. Experience may vary according to device model. A metric your watch has no sensor for never appears in the list — no floors without an altimeter, no solar intensity without solar charging. And on watches with a transflective (MIP) screen the dial is drawn flat, without the background gradient: those screens carry only four levels per colour channel, and a gradient there breaks into visible rings and tints the greys.
