About
Miqat (https://miqat.de) is a sports multi-timer app, you can find all what you need for your high intensity trainigs here: Stopwatch, Intervals, AMRAP, EMOM and Tabata - more modes will be added soon. Miqat (مِيْقَات) in arabic means timer (among other things).
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

Doing as many rounds as possible of a specific routine in a given time, in this mode you'll see how much time is left and be able to count the rounds you did.
- Set the time in minutes.
- A countdown of the minutes is displayed.
- Press up/down keys to count rounds.
- Press start to pause/resume the countdown.
- Clock is displayed at the bottom.
EMOM (Every Minute On Minute)

Sounds easy in the beginning, but things change as you go on. At the beginning of each minute you do some exercise (10 push ups for example), you can combine this with increasing number of reps each minute as well
- Set the duration (how many minutes)
- Set the repetitions
- How many minutes passed/left is displayed at the top.
- A count down of each minute is displayed at the center.
- Clock is displayed at the bottom.
- Press start to pause/resume the countdown.
Intervals (NEW)

HIIT, SIT, ... etc, you name it and we provide you a timer for it. Customizable Intervals Timer that fits your needs
- Set the number of sets you want
- Set the training time in Minutes, Seconds MM:SS
- Set the rest time in Minutes, Seconds MM:SS
- Press start to start training
- You can pause/resume training by pressing Start
Stop watch

Plain old simple stop watch
- Time elapsed is displayed in the center
- Press start to pause/resume the countdown.
- Clock is displayed at the bottom
Tabata
--------
The idea is simple: 20 seconds work out, 10 seconds rest, do that for 8 times, that's in total 4 minutes.
- Press start to pause/resume.
