Weight Tracker & Trends brings seamless, automatic weight history and interactive trend analysis right to your Garmin watch.
Whether you weigh in with a Garmin Index / Index S2 smart scale or sync your weight via Garmin Connect, this widget keeps your latest weight, period deltas, and long-term trends right at your fingertips in your daily glance loop.

HOW TO CONFIGURE:
1. Add Weight Tracker to your watch's Widget / Glance loop.
2. Select the glance to open the full trend graph.
3. Press START or long-press UP (or tap anywhere on the graph) to open Weight Settings:
- Glance Range: Choose the comparison timeframe displayed on the glance (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year).
- Graph Range: Set your default graph zoom level.
PRIVACY:
All weigh-in records are stored exclusively on your watch. This widget contains no internet permissions and sends zero personal data to third parties.
