Understand your energy at a glance with color gauges. - Dimmable night and always-on display modes - Adjust your settings on the watch and in the app The following data is displayed: - Hours: intensive minutes goal - Minutes: recovery time indication - green: up to 16 hours - orange: up to 48 hours - red: up to 72 hours - purple: up to 92 hours - Digit 1: floors climbed goal - Digit 2: steps goal - Digit 3: Body Battery - Digit 4: device battery Color indications: - Hours: heart rate zone (default Garmin color scheme) - Minutes: stress level (default Garmin color scheme) Good to know: - Text fields can only be changed in the on-device settings - Leading zeros for the hour digits can be turned on/off - "PM" is only shown when using the 12-hour time format - High recovery times activate a warning ring (can be disabled in the settings) - By default, a notification indicator shows the number of unread notifications (can be disabled in the settings) - Helps balance energy and effort for people with LONG COVID, ME/CFS and PEM If you have any questions, contact me via App Support.
