About

Goal Rings — your daily goals, front and center Goal Rings turns your watch face into a clear, motivating goal tracker. Three progress rings show, at a glance, how close you are to the daily targets YOU choose — and each value is written right inside its ring. Set your own goals, or keep your Garmin defaults, watch them fill through the day, and stay focused on what matters. On top of that, a large set of extra stats and deep customization, on a clean design with the time centered. On MIP watches (Forerunner 255/955, fēnix 7/7S/7X non-AMOLED and similar), GoalRings runs a simplified layout: the three rings with their values, time, date and two data fields. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Free trial ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This watch face starts as a free trial. When the trial ends, a unique unlock code appears on your watch. To unlock permanently, go to https://www.kzl.io/, enter your code and follow the steps. Payments are handled securely by KiezelPay. You can also purchase the PRO version directly from the store by following this link: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/a794ad72-65e3-457c-9a31-4021113be13e ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PROGRESS RINGS — set your own goal for each ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Steps • Calories • Active calories (estimated from your Garmin profile) • Distance (km or miles) • Floors * • Intensity minutes — daily, weekly • Weight, against a target you set — in kilograms or pounds, from an Index scale or Garmin Connect • Steps, calories, distance, floors and intensity — last 7 days Each ring falls back to your native Garmin goal if you don't set your own. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LAST 7 DAYS — a rolling window, not a calendar week ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A calendar week resets to zero every Sunday. These always cover the last seven days whatever the date, so they never empty out. Each has its own goal, and works as a ring or as a data field. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DATA FIELDS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Steps, calories, active calories, distance, floors * • Intensity minutes — daily, weekly, last 7 days • Steps, calories, distance and floors — last 7 days • Weight • Heart rate, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, respiration • Altitude *, barometric pressure *, relative humidity • UV index, wind speed (km/h or mph), chance of precipitation • Sunrise, sunset, week number, second time zone, alarms • Weather line: conditions + temperature (°C or °F) Two fields are always shown, plus a third slot for either the weather line or another field. Date, battery (% or days) and optional seconds complete the face. * Floors, Altitude and Pressure need a barometric sensor — most watches have one, a few such as Vívoactive 5 do not. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CUSTOMIZATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • 24 colour themes • Hour colour: theme tint, or match one of the three ring colours • 13 goals you can set yourself, including your weight target • 12h or 24h time (auto / 24h / 12h) • AM/PM and seconds shown or hidden, optional leading zero on the hour • Several date formats (text, M/D/Y, D/M/Y) • Temperature, distance and weight units, each auto or forced • Battery as percentage or estimated days • Show or hide the value inside each ring • Battery-friendly Always-On Display for AMOLED screens ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Questions or ideas? What's new

What's new in 2.2.0 : Six new metrics, available as rings and as data fields. LAST 7 DAYS — Steps, calories, distance, floors and intensity minutes now come as rolling seven-day totals. Unlike the calendar week, which resets every Sunday, these always cover the last seven days. Each has its own goal. WEIGHT — Your profile weight, measured against a target you set, in kilograms or pounds. The ring fills as you approach it, from either side. Also in this update: thirteen goals you can now set yourself instead of seven, a weight unit setting, and simple on/off switches for AM/PM and seconds. Several fixes under the hood: goal values are now picked from a list on the phone panel exactly as on the watch, so the two can no longer drift apart.
