The Birch Tree (Lite) - a dynamic weather watchface
Greetings—this watch face has been crafted with loving care and passion for the sport. I hope you like it!
Thirty hand-picked scenes, representing fifteen distinct weather conditions in both day and night modes, have been carefully selected to bring your wrist to life (and looks pretty great on a MIP display). Each illustration is automatically updated to reflect the current sky, thanks to integration with Garmin Weather’s real-time data. Note that to preserve battery, the background does not update at every glance. If you want to trigger the change yourself, simply swipe down to the menu and then back. That should do it!
Additional weather data points include the temperature as well as the precipitation estimate for the coming hour.
In terms of activity data, you'll find the heart rate, step goal (blue bar diagram) and count, floor count, calories burned and distance travelled as well.
You'll also see your notification count, battery percentage (also visualized on a color-coded battery bar), phone connection (bluetooth icon visible when connected), a do not disturb icon and alarm icon displayed if you've set an alarm.
Arching over it all is a day- and night arc, showing how much daylight you've got left. A tiny sun climbs the 24-hour arc and changes to a tiny moon come nighttime.
Keep in mind that this is a free, "lite" version, with a possible "Pro" version coming up if the watchface gains enough interest (and I continue to find time for development). As such, some more premium features are missing, like the ability to change the datafields.
