About

This simple watch face (my first!) was inspired by my Sinn 856 UTC watch, whose display is second to none in terms of legibility. I hope you like it! I don't force anyone to pay for this watchface, but if you DO like this watchface and continue to use it, I would be grateful for a little contribution of €1,99 or $1.99 to assure that I am able to keep up my development! (for EUR payments PayPal.me/MichaelHARDTMANN / for USD payments PayPal.Me/MHardtmann - Thanks!)

What's new

v1.2 - A night display (phosphorescent) is now included, and the hour hands are SVG images, making the file smaller and more efficient. v1.3 - I've gotten the UTC hand to actually show UTC vs the local time; it's not perfect, as I had to use an IMG for the hand, but at least it works. I'm still trying to get the AOD Display to work properly, so that will have to wait. Sorry for that! v1.4 - I've worked to get the AOD display working, and everything seems right - both in the code and the simulator, but I can't get it to work on my watch. Anyone willing to try their hand at it, is welcome! The watchface can be edited in WatchfaceBuilder... v1.5 - This is the final version, and I've cleaned up the watchface and removed excess content to make it run more efficiently. And I've taken the AOD out of this display. I'm working on that and will issue a new face with the AOD option once I get it working. v1.6 - OK, this is then really the final version, since I got AOD working. And I've decided to not issue a second watchface, since I have so many happy and grateful users here! v1.7 - I have attempted to fix the issue with the Lume display disappearing for some folks. I hope this works for all of you! v1.8 - internal tests v1.9 - I've replaced the fuzzy UTC hand with an SVG, which is sharper and more like the original in shape. I've also taken up the feedback from one of my fans (thank you!) to make the second-hand a bit bigger. The lume display is now set to turn on when you sleep (vs. after sunset). You may have to set your sleep times in the Connect app for this to work. I'm afraid I haven't been able to make the 24h display modifiable. Sorry. AND - I noticed that the time display will not work properly in unusual time zones (e.g. those that are 30 or 15 minutes off) - and I can't figure out why! Sorry! v.1.91 - I discovered that I'd made a mistake and the UTC wasn't showing properly. I've fixed that and apologise! Thanks for all your great reviews! I am humbled! :^)
