Using real-time data (like your steps, sleep, heart rate, stress, GPS location, and more), the app connects to an AI assistant that gives friendly, emoji-filled feedback and personalized advice. How it works: - Check the available topics on your device and select one. A red circle means there's not enough data, green means you're good to go! - Start a chat anytime by pressing START / ENTER / SELECT or swiping left. - Choose a topic like: Daily Activity, Sleep and Recovery, Heart Rate and Zones, Stress and Rest, Workouts and Performance, GPS and Location, Environment and Altitude, Device and System. - Your Garmin sends the available sensor and system data to the AI. - The AI gives you a plain, readable, unformatted text response – optimized for smartwatch display. - You can pick one of six follow-up suggestions. The app now calculates the identifier based on a combination of securely selected system and user profile data to minimize the chance of duplicate matches between different devices. Important information In rare cases, such as after a system update, new phone pairing, profile changes, or reinstalling the app, it is possible that a new identifier is generated and the app may no longer recognize your previous entitlement automatically. In such cases, please open the app menu and re-enter your Donor ID to reactivate premium features.
