About

Advancedc mode Data Field for runners, bikers, rollers, hikers, walkers and all athletes at all. Why and What? On a workout I miss two features joined: to know all Heart Rate (HR) related values (current bpm, Zone, %HRMax…) together all workout related values (time, distance, calories and speed) all in a glance. TRIAL MODE: This data field will fully work for 7 mins without a right unlock key as trial version to allow to test it. After this period it will stop work. FUNCTIONALITY: Basically, the data field has 2 main functions or sections: ------------- Time estimation section (upper) ------------- Speed or pace (as set in the properties page) is the main field of this section to real-time measure the workout, located centered and more big than others fields. Left side is the distance rode/ran and right side the average speed/pace. On top, the field could be set to show the Activity Timer, Calories burned (Kcal), the time of date (TOD) or all values toggling automatically. Background of this section will change according watch configuration for the activity. ------------- HR section (middle and lower) ------------- As the data field is intended for athletes, they only have a moment to read all the information before to keep looking at the road/track. This way, this section shows the main HR values (bpm, %HRMax and zone) making use of the Garmin HR zone colors, helping to know current HRZone at a glance. Furthermore, bpm and %HRMax numbers are big to help to read it quickly and easily. Left, first row: current HR in bpm. Right, first row: the HR percent regarding the user max HR threshold (max Z5) or according Karvonen's method (taking into account the user max HR and the user Resting HR). HR Zones and Resting HR are obtained from Garmin user profile. Second row: centered, the HR Zone we are; the workout max bpm reached and/or average bpm at left side and the Strava Live Suffer Score (SS) at the right side, changing color according Suffer Score scale by Strava (Tough=green, Extreme=yellow, Epic=red). Suffer Score is recorded in the activity as a graph by default (configurable in the properties page). On the middle bottom, is the graph with time spend in each zone wrapped by the time spend in the current zone (left) and the time percent regarding the total (right). Although Z0 is not considered in the graph it is used to calculate the zone time percent. Meantime we remain in this zone, section background will be black. It is possible to set to show the HR Zones Threshold values that are in use (at the middle centered). Useful to check values read from profile or watch (depending model device). HOW TO GET THE ADVANCED MODE??? or just to support my work as kudos. =============================================================== Advanced mode is for free now. If you like the data field and really enjoy it, please, support my work sending me a donation through PAYPAL @ https://www.paypal.me/ISAFP by the amount you think it worth it. It will be much appreciated It works fine but it's currently not longer supported. Use at your own risk. Enjoy it!!! NOTE: Only English supported. NOTE: Any change on the properties page need the data field to be reinitialized having effect in the next activity. NOTE: This data field need all screen size, so it’s only well-drawn for 1-field layout. Otherwise the content becomes unreadable. No check is done in order to reduce memory consumption. NOTE: If your watch doesn't have a built-in HR sensor, the HR value will not be available no matter if you enter the right unlock code.
