About

Track every Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu session from your wrist. Built for grapplers who want real data about their training load — not guesswork. WHAT IT TRACKS • Session duration — know exactly how long you've been on the mat • Real-time heart rate — monitor intensity during drilling and sparring • Calories burned — fuel your recovery properly • Training Effect score — understand how hard you actually worked • Heart rate chart — review your intensity curve after each session • Recovery time — know when you're ready to roll again AFTER YOUR SESSION Swipe through your post-session summary: duration, training effect, calories, and recovery time. Your session syncs automatically to Garmin Connect for long-term training history. HOW TO USE Press START to begin recording. Press START again to pause and access the stop menu. Save when done — your session is stored as a training activity in Garmin Connect. Try free for 72 hours. Unlock for a one-time payment of $1.99. No subscription. No ads. Pay once, train forever.

What's new

June 3, 2026 Screen Lock Added screen lock to prevent accidental button presses during training. While rolling, press START → select Lock Screen from the menu — the session keeps recording with buttons disabled. Hold START for 3 seconds to unlock. Bug fixes - Fixed HR chart occasionally dropping the wrong sample when duplicate readings occurred - Fixed a rare issue where selecting Lock Screen from an already-paused session would silently restart the timer - Fixed heart rate sensor continuing to run after saving or discarding a session September 1, 2026 - Activity type is now recorded as Boxing instead of Strength Training, and can be changed to Strength or Cardio Training in the Garmin Connect app settings.
