Funny face, what is the base?

Read the time by looking at a face! Read hours and minutes on the teeth with base 3 number system (1s, 3s, 9s and 27s). Empty triangle represent a 0, small triangle represent a 1 and a full triangle represent a 2. The eyes shows the seconds (base 10) and the eyebrows shows the day of the month in base 6 (1s and 6s).
