⭐️MoveBar Pro
Alpha Eleven includes MoveBar Pro, an original inactivity-focused metric designed to show still-time pressure in a compact visual way. It helps you quickly understand when you have been inactive too long, without needing to open another screen.
⭐️Calm Radar
Calm Radar is an original Tarux metric that combines Stress and Heart Rate context to show your current body load at a glance: CALM, LITE, TENS, or HIGH.
⭐️Zone Graph
The Zone Graph is the compact colored graph near the center of the watch face.
It can track:
- Stress
- Heart Rate
Read it like this:
- Left label = your current zone
- Colored blocks = recent readings grouped by zone
- Lower zones are shown toward the left
- Higher zones are shown toward the right
- Larger colored areas mean more recent readings in that zone
For Stress, lower zones generally mean calmer body load and higher zones mean more stress.
For Heart Rate, zones show how hard your heart is working compared with the current zone range.
