It can track: - Stress - Heart Rate Read it like this: - Left label = your current zone - Colored blocks = recent readings grouped by zone - Lower zones are shown toward the left - Higher zones are shown toward the right - Larger colored areas mean more recent readings in that zone For Stress, lower zones generally mean calmer body load and higher zones mean more stress. For Heart Rate, zones show how hard your heart is working compared with the current zone range.

MAIN BAR, WEATHER, HEART RATE, AND CALM RADAR - Moved MAIN BAR MODE to the first position in Settings so it is easier to find. - Added the MAIN BAR MODE selector with Weather, Heart Rate, and Stress, and made Weather the default. - Added a Weather graph showing the daily minimum, current Garmin temperature, and daily maximum.
