DeckRelay – Presentation Remote

Keep your laptop at the presentation screen while your watch handles the controls you need most. Use the watch buttons or touch gestures to move to the next or previous slide. DeckRelay keeps a total presentation timer and a separate timer for the current slide, with optional vibration cues to help you stay on pace. It supports macOS 11 or newer on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Presentation targets include Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides in Chrome or Safari, Firefox navigation, a focused window, and selected browser-based presentation services. Direct Bluetooth is the default connection mode and does not require an internet connection. Relay mode requires internet access on both the watch and Mac and uses a short-lived six-digit pairing code. Setup: 1. Download and install DeckRelay for macOS from https://deckrelay.vichaarlabs.com. 2. Open the Mac app and grant the requested Accessibility permission. 3. Open DeckRelay on the watch. 4. Keep Direct Bluetooth selected on both devices, or select Relay on both and enter the pairing code shown by the Mac app. 5. Open a presentation, choose its target in the Mac app, and press START on the watch. DeckRelay does not store presentation content and does not require a user account. Command delivery through Relay uses DeckRelay's relay service; Direct Bluetooth keeps command delivery local between the watch and Mac.
