Sixty messages are built in and a new one appears automatically at local midnight. Prefer your own words? Enter a custom message of up to 48 characters in Garmin Connect settings. The message can reveal itself character by character like an old terminal. Disable the typewriter effect whenever you prefer an instant message. Choose the Original, Neon, Green, Red, or Yellow theme. Every theme keeps the same glanceable layout while changing the card, LCD, chrome, time, and accent colors. Message language, NEW MESSAGE, weekday, and month are available in 11 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Lithuanian. Choose a language or follow the watch. Menus and Garmin Connect settings are localized for every language supported by the current Connect IQ SDK.
