About

See whether your Energy, Stress, overnight Recovery and resting heart rate are better or worse than your usual — not against a generic score. Atlas Rhythm turns four personal signals into one clear daily rhythm view, built from your own recent wearable history. It compares your current rhythm with your own historical baseline across four personal metrics: • Energy — recent Body Battery trend • Stress — today’s stress level • Recovery — overnight recovery trend • RHR — Garmin 7-day resting heart rate ATLAS RHYTHM in the center is an unweighted summary of these four metrics. It helps you notice personal changes; it is not a generic health score or a medical assessment. Features: • English and Simplified Chinese watch-face interface • Personal baseline based on your own recent history • Adjustable energy comparison window and sensitivity • Configurable night window for Recovery statistics • Evidence lines with current values, usual values and stress coverage • Local on-watch history and settings Compatible devices: • Forerunner 165, 265, 265S, 570 (42 mm/47 mm), 965, 970 • Venu 3, Venu 3S, Venu 4 (41 mm/45 mm) • vívoactive 6 • epix (Gen 2), epix Pro (42 mm, 47 mm, 51 mm) • fēnix 8 (43 mm, 47 mm, 51 mm), fēnix E Notes: • Personal baselines need sufficient wearable data. “Data insufficient” is normal during first use or when relevant Garmin data is unavailable. • Normal updates to the same Atlas Rhythm app preserve local history and settings. • Atlas Rhythm is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment decisions. What's new

fix:1.1.0 fix:1.0.9 Fixed an issue where the watch face could occasionally exit to IQ! after accumulating more historical data. Historical refresh is now processed in smaller steps to reduce workload per run. Improved long-term stability: the previous complete result remains visible while refresh is in progress, avoiding mixed data on screen. fix:1.0.8 Fixed an issue where the Connect IQ error symbol could appear after several days of historical data had accumulated. Optimized how Energy and Stress history is read and saved to reduce runtime memory usage. Algorithms, existing history, and watch-face layout remain unchanged. fix:1.0.7 Added Baseline Data in watch-face settings, including valid history days and current baselines. Improved data-refresh reliability and day-change cache handling. Improved battery indication and Forerunner 165 icon rendering. fix:1.0.6 Fixed: The watch face no longer may fall back to the Connect IQ startup screen when a transient health-history or local-storage read fails. It keeps the last valid display and retries during the next normal refresh. Fixed: After a watch-face reload, if Garmin temporarily omits part of today’s stress history, Atlas fills only the missing intervals from its saved stress buckets. Live Garmin data always takes priority. fix:1.0.5 Fixed an abnormal heart-rate display issue. When the device returns the placeholder value 255—for example, when the watch is not being worn or no valid heart-rate data is available—the watch face now displays “--” instead of “255”. fix:1.0.4 Improved settings responsiveness: language and all watch-face settings now apply immediately after saving in Garmin Connect. Improved card readability in both languages: • Shortened the no-baseline status to “NO BASE” / “无基线” • Prevented long no-baseline labels from overlapping card values
