Health Dashboard (Instinct)

This watchface features key data for monitoring and evaluating your health. A health score is calculated from your cardiorespiratory, activity level, BMI (and in the PRO version, average stress & sleep) for a total of up to 5 factors. It provides some of the health/fitness rating functionality of my FitRate app in a watchface. It is the first and presently only Garmin watchface that displays Garmin sleep, HRV and 24 hour stress metrics.
