METAR/TAF Legacy

This is the LEGACY version of the METAR/TAF widget, which is based on the built-in widget (for the Garmin D2™ watch series) but with some improvements (and some drawbacks). This version of the app is for devices that, due to memory and power limitations, can not be supported for future improvements. However, rather than remove these devices completely from the compatibility list, a separate legacy version of the widget has been split out. The devices that should now use this version are: • Approach S60 • D2 Bravo / D2 Bravo Titanium • epix • fenix 3/3 HR, fenix 5/5S, fenix 6/6S (non-Pro), fenix Chronos • Forerunner 230, 235, 245 (not 245 Music), 630, 645 (not 645 Music), 745xt, 920XT, 935 • vivoactive, vivoactive HR, vivoactive 3 (not vivoactive 3 Music / LTE) NOTE: Please do not leave suggestions, requests or bug reports in the reviews. Or alternatively, post a comment in the forums here: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?356767-Widget-METAR-TAF Major improvements over the built-in METAR widget (on D2™ Bravo): • display overview of four nearest METARs on a single screen • display calculated density altitude and freezing level • can be used when BLE connection is not enabled/working (data will not be updated without BLE) • configurable units: as published, same as home aerodrome, always metric, always imperial TROUBLESHOOTING: If you see the Connect IQ error page, please try changing the settings using Garmin Express (might be a settings issue with GCM) or try uninstalling and then re-installing the widget. If that doesn't solve the problem permanently or the problem continues to pop up, please contact me.
