# MySteps - Step Tracking Application **MySteps** is a Garmin Connect IQ step tracking app that monitors your daily walking activity and presents it through seven intuitive views. The app integrates with your device's activity monitor to track steps in real-time, automatically saves your data, and features customizable color themes and a milestone-based rewards system. ## Views **Daily Overview**: Your main dashboard showing today's steps, daily goal, and progress percentage. Updates in real-time with data saved every 100 steps. Also displays the past few days for quick pattern reference. **Weekly Progress**: Shows your 7-day activity aggregate including total steps, distance traveled, average daily steps, average hourly rate, your best day, and active days count. Helps you identify weekly patterns and consistency. **Monthly Progress**: Displays month-long statistics including total steps, distance, average daily steps, best day of the month, and active days. Perfect for assessing long-term fitness trends. **Week Tier**: Displays special weekly awards, that reset every week. Highlighted award means it has been achieved. (More will be added in furture updates.). **Month Tier**: Displays special monthly awards, that reset monthly. Highlighted award means it has been achieved (More will be added in future updates.) **Rewards**: A gamified achievement system with 18 progressive milestones based on lifetime step totals—from "First Steps" at 1,000 steps to "Eternal Walker" at 100 million steps. Each achievement unlocks with a motivational name. **History**: Chronological record of your daily step counts over time. Scroll through to review past activity and recognize long-term patterns in your fitness habits. ## Navigation & Scrolling **View Navigation**: Navigate between the five views using swipe gestures or button controls. Swipe left to move to the next view or swipe right to return to the previous view. Views cycle: Daily → Weekly → Monthly → Rewards → History → Daily. You can also press the menu button to access a menu for direct view selection. **Rewards View Scrolling**: The Rewards view displays all 18 achievements in a scrollable list. Use the up/down buttons to scroll through available and locked milestones. Press up/ESC to scroll up, or press enter to scroll down. When you reach the top or bottom of the list, the up/down buttons will navigate to the previous/next view instead. **History View Scrolling**: The History view shows your daily milestone records in chronological order.
