About

Simplified sprint detection based on the power and duration values you set. Sprint Detection: The display will update if you continue above your set power value for longer than your set duration. For example, if the display shows “324.012”, it means you sprinted for 12 seconds with an average power of 324W. This display will not update until the next sprint is detected. Chart in Garmin Connect: For example, if the display shows “436.014 W.sec,” the left of the decimal point represents 436 W of average power, and the right of the decimal point means 14 seconds of duration.
