Please consider leaving a review or sending me feedback directly, it really helps the development! Neon Pulse is a vitals dial built like a neon sign. A live heart-rate trace pulses through the centre in glowing tube light, the time above it runs the same gradient, and the whole face glows against true black. The outer ring is a goal ring in neon glass, and it fills as you go. Pick what it tracks: steps, active minutes, floors, distance, calories, active calories, Body Battery, heart rate, stress, SpO2 or respiration. Set your own target with a custom goal value, or leave it blank and it follows your watch goal automatically. Six neon themes recolour the entire sign in one move: Volt, Toxic, Ultraviolet, Inferno, Glacier and Sakura, each sweeping the ring, the clock and the pulse trace in its own light. The ring can also run its own gradient — follow the theme, pick a preset pair, or build a custom two-stop gradient from ten neon swatches. Glow strength is yours too, from subtle to full sign-buzz intense. Under the pulse sit three configurable readouts drawn in four styles — glass vials, neon ring gauges, speedo dials or lit segment rings — plus two more flanking the time. All are pickers into a deep catalogue of health, activity and weather metrics, including a UV index. Every slot follows the theme on Auto or takes one of eighteen fixed colours. Every number is set in a custom-baked typeface, every icon drawn and anti-aliased on the watch itself. The always-on display keeps the neon identity at a burn-in-safe brightness — a dimmed gradient clock with the date, battery and status cues as opt-in tiers. No ticking seconds, to spare your battery. Make the always-on yours too: pick the clock's colour and its size, small to large, and show a count on the notification cue. Units follow your watch, the clock reads 12 or 24-hour with am and pm, the date is localized, and the settings menus come in over a dozen languages. Open the watch face settings in the Garmin Connect IQ app to make Neon Pulse your own. Press and hold any readout to open the full metric. Set the palette, readout style, clock colour, trace metric and status cues from the watch itself, or in the Garmin Connect IQ app.
