Classical France

Wear a painting. Classical France puts four French scenes on your watch: Paris at dusk beneath the Eiffel Tower, a hill village in Provence, a château above the coast, and Mont-Saint-Michel at sunset. AMOLED watches use softly painted watercolor; transflective watches use crisp, poster-style illustrations designed for their limited reflective palette. Turn your wrist and you get a small window onto somewhere else, with the time and your day's numbers laid over it like ink on paper. THE FACE A tall time block usually sits left of centre: the hour, then the minutes in the scene's own accent colour, then the weekday and date beneath. On the MIP Provence scene, the hour and minutes instead share a horizontal row across the open lower terrace. Four stat rows run down the upper right, each one yours to choose. Nothing shouts. The artwork keeps its depth because the text sits in space composed for it, not under a grey box dropped on top. CHOOSE YOUR SCENE • Paris: dusk light, wine red • Provence: lavender fields, deep violet • Château: sea and slate blue • Mont-Saint-Michel: sunset, burnt orange Each scene brings its own accent colour and its own heart icon, so the whole face changes character, not just the wallpaper. A LINE AROUND THE EDGE Switch on the progress bar and a painted arc sweeps the rim of the scene as your day fills up. Point it at a goal you are working toward (steps, floors climbed, intensity minutes, wheelchair pushes) or at a level you want to keep an eye on (battery, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox). It is drawn as a tapering brushstroke in the scene's own accent colour, laid down thin, carried at full weight and lifted off to a point at the head, so it reads as part of the painting rather than as a fitness gauge stuck on top of one. It starts switched off, and your face looks exactly as it did before until you turn it on. Both stay in sync. BUILT FOR YOUR SCREEN Every scene is rendered at your watch's exact resolution. No stretching, no soft edges. AMOLED and transflective watches get different source artwork. AMOLED keeps the watercolor depth; reflective MIP screens get clean contours, flat poster colors and no dithered grain. On AMOLED watches, always-on mode shows a dim, gently shifting time on black, which is easy on the battery and safe for the panel. On transflective watches the full scene stays visible all day.
