Pick 10-90 minutes, close your eyes - Doze wakes you with escalating wrist vibration, no sounds. - Gentle pulses first, then full-strength buzzing until you respond - BACK snoozes 5 more minutes; auto-stops after 10 unanswered minutes - Buttons lock themselves one minute in, so rolling over can't cancel your nap (hold UP to unlock) - If you exit the app mid-nap, the watch still buzzes and prompts you at wake time - Remembers your favorite length; works with buttons or touch Keep the app open while you nap for the full alarm (Connect IQ apps can't vibrate from the background - the closed-app prompt is a lighter fallback).
