The Golden Star Fruit Tree

Derived from the famous folklore in Vietnam, this story told a life of a poor young man who owned a golden star fruit tree but later was eaten by a giant bird. As a compensation, the bird carried the man to a deserted island full of treasures. His greedy older brother suddenly felt jealous and tried to do the same by bringing back as many treasures as possible. The bird felt the burden was too heavy to carry, so it dumped the older brother to sea where he eventually drowned.
