Sailing Race Timer

About
A simple race start timer configured as a datafield.
Note the default start time is zero. To use as a Sail timer you must set the start time to number of minutes of the countdown (typically 4 minutes)
Start the Activity.
Push the Lap button to start the countdown.
Push the Lap button at anytime to synchronize the countdown.
Once the race starts then the speed is displayed in Knots.
