Handball Referee

The handball referee app assists the referee with match timing and goal tracking. Key features: • Start and stop match time • Record goals (0–99) for home and away teams • Correct goal counts • Monitor the duration of breaks and match stoppages • Vibration (3 seconds) at the start of a break and at the end of the match • Vibration (continuous ) during the final 30 seconds of the second half The app is designed to be simple and uncluttered. Its purpose is to assist the referee without distracting from the game. Operation is handled exclusively via the Garmin watch buttons. Key functions are arranged for quick and reliable use, even while running. The match timer counts up and cannot be adjusted during the game. The app does not support the recording of yellow, red, or blue cards, time penalties, or team time-outs. It is recommended to switch the mobile phone connected to the Garmin watch to airplane mode during the match. This prevents mobile phone notifications from appearing on the watch. The watch's battery level should be at least 20%. Actual battery life depends on the specific watch model and the condition of the battery. ========== BEFORE THE GAME • Select the number of halves • Select the game duration • Select the timing method • Turn vibration on or off for halftime and the end of the game • Turn vibration on or off for the final 30 seconds ========== KICK-OFF Press the button at the top right to kick off, and the game time starts running. ========== STOPPING GAME TIME To pause the game, press the button at the top right, and the game time will stop. ========== RESUME PLAY Press the button at the top right to restart play, and the game clock will resume. ========== RECORD GOAL • Bottom left: Goal for the home team • Bottom right: Goal for the visiting team Each button press increases the score by +1 goal. ========== CORRECT GOAL • Press the middle-left button • Goal display turns red • Press the corresponding goal button (Home: bottom left / Away: bottom right) • Goal is deducted (-1) • Goal correction mode turns off • Goal display turns white again ========== SWITCH TO THE NEXT HALF After 30 seconds of the break have elapsed, press the button at the top right to prepare for the next half. ========== EXIT APP Press the button at the top right 30 seconds after the game ends to close the app.
