Average/Delta Stress

This data field can display the average stress or change in stress since the beginning of the activity. It is particularly useful for meditation, breathwork, or yoga activities. # Features * Display either current, average or stress delta since the activity start * Writes stress, average stress and stress delta to the FIT file for viewing in the activity record in Garmin Connect.
