Temporal Lens

The Temporal Lens watch face combines continuously moving number rails with a central optical magnifying lens, creating a distinctive interpretation of time through the language of classic sliding watch displays. Hours and minutes travel across dedicated rails while the central optical lens enlarges the active minute value. Layered scales and mechanical details transform the display into a living instrument that evolves naturally with the passage of time. The watch face opens with a minimalist composition focused on the continuous presentation of time. Calendar information, activity progress and configurable data fields can be enabled according to personal preference. An optional HUD (Heads-Up Display) provides daily progress indicators, including activity goals and configurable distance targets. Temporal Lens extends the ideas explored throughout the Poseidon NCY802 project into a wearable form. Its optical lens symbolizes the meeting point between the physical world and the continuous river of memory and time, where observation and experience become part of the same continuous process.
