Built for committed cyclists, endurance athletes, racers and coaches who want disciplined pacing, reserve management and fueling support during structured training and competition.
RidePhysio LIVE turns your Garmin Edge into a real-time physiological pacing dashboard. Instead of showing another isolated number, it combines power, heart rate and cadence into clear, glanceable guidance: HOLD, EASE, PUSH, EAT, RECOVER, LOW CONFIDENCE or NO DATA.
At a glance, see target power, modeled time remaining above CP, W′ reserve, cardiac drift, estimated VO2 demand, fueling gap, sensor quality and a high-contrast 90-second power-versus-target graph. Adaptive layouts remain readable under vibration, glare and race pressure, with complete touch and button support.
The complete model requires a power meter. Heart rate and cadence improve reliability but remain optional. Calculations run locally on the Edge; demo values are never written to FIT. Licensing uses a privacy-preserving hashed device identifier.
Start with a 14-day Pro trial. A useful Free mode remains available afterwards, while Lifetime Pro can be activated for one Garmin device through Buy Me a Coffee or Ko-fi.
