About

This datafield is meant for use during an active structured workout. It shows the actual power in number and on a gauge. The green part of the gauge is the power target range of the workout. The small number left-high is lower target value (start of green section), the small number right-high is the high target value (end of green section). You can select whether to use 1s, 3s or 10s actual power to show (independent of the target type set in the workout!). You can "adjust" the power value with a multiplier and/or an offset to match another powermeter. You can select if you want the middle position of the range to be shown or not. You can select if you want the actual power to be shown in color or not. You can select if you want the needle color 'always white' or change with day/night. (changing settings works for me in Garmin Express, then go to your device, IQ apps, click on the 3 dots behind this app) The field looks a bit different on a 1030 compared to a 1040 device because of the difference in fonts on those devices (the app uses the standard fonts). The field is designed for a device-broad field, see the images. The taller number fonts are used on the 530, 830 and 1030 series devices. ….. If you have any suggestions or questions, please let me know (if you want reaction, you have to include your email address in the message, Garmin does not provide it to developers). If you like the field, please give it a positive rating!
