About

Source code at https://github.com/dhague/bt-ats-ciq-datafield Virtual power datafield for the BT-ATS trainer. Reads speed directly from an ANT+ sensor and writes power to the FIT file as well as showing the power in the datafield. User can specify air density (default 1.191 kg/m3) - when set correctly, virtual power is accurate to within 1%. Note: When installing a new version you may need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. As an alternative to using this datafield, you might want to have a look at my ANT+ Virtual Power Meter project: https://github.com/dhague/vpower

What's new

0.2.0 Add setting for a global correction factor. This can be used when a power meter on another bike reads a consistently different power. E.g. my p2max reads 96% of the value calculated by BT-ATS, so I would set this field to 0.96 so that all my power files match up. 0.1.0 Improved stability by aggregating speed events into one-second intervals & showing only whole watts in the display. 0.0.5 When settings are updated they are now used immediately instead of requiring a device restart. 0.0.4 & 0.0.3 Fixes for the bugfix. :-) 0.0.2 Bugfix - fixes crash when setting the air density from the Garmin Connect Android app 0.0.1 In this version, the FIT file with power field uploads to Strava with no problems, but fails to load into Golden Cheetah.
