Pollen Running – Allergy Run Guide
· v1.0.2
About
Pollen Running helps you quickly assess pollen conditions before an outdoor workout. The widget shows a clear recommendation, an overall pollen risk score from 0 to 100, the dominant factor, and separate scores for tree, grass, and weed pollen.
When opened, the app uses the watch location rounded to a 0.05° grid to select the nearest supported city in Poland. The last successful recommendation is stored locally on the watch, so the glance can display saved data without starting GPS or a network request again. The app clearly marks out-of-date data and preserves the last valid result during temporary connectivity problems.
Main features:
• a quick recommendation: good conditions, use caution, or choose an indoor workout;
• pollen risk score from 0 to 100;
• separate tree, grass, and weed pollen scores;
• nearest supported city and update time;
• a cache-only glance;
• manual location and data refresh;
• button and touchscreen support;
• no account, advertising, or payments.
Data is provided by CoPyli.pl using CAMS European Air Quality Forecast data delivered by Open-Meteo. The app covers Poland and requires an Internet connection through a paired phone running Garmin Connect or supported device connectivity to download a new recommendation.
Pollen Running is not a medical device. Its scores and recommendations are informational only, may be delayed or incomplete, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Consider your symptoms and medical guidance when deciding whether to exercise. Location data sent by the app is processed by the operator of CoPyli.pl, not by Garmin; Garmin is not responsible for this data or the app recommendations.
