Pomodoro Timer
· v1.2.0
About
A focused Pomodoro timer for Garmin watches. Work in timed sessions with breaks, track your streak, and keep everything on your wrist. No account and no phone required.
TIMING METHODS (presets)
Pick a rhythm, or set your own:
- Pomodoro 25 / 5 / 15
- Pomodoro Long 50 / 10 / 30
- 52 / 17
- Ultradian 90 / 20
- Quick Start 10 / 3 (beat procrastination)
- Progressive work grows gradually: 25, 25, 30, 30, 35 ... up to 50
- Custom (your own minutes)
Long breaks can be turned off for methods that do not use them.
With Progressive, breaks scale with the work length. The start, step, cap and
how many sessions to hold before stepping up are all adjustable.
ON-WATCH STATS
- Today's completed pomodoros
- Current streak (consecutive days)
- This week at a glance (mini bar chart)
- Week starts on Monday or Sunday (your choice)
DISPLAY
- Large MM:SS countdown, with an optional digital LCD-style font
- Power saving mode (on by default): shows the remaining minutes instead of
MM:SS and refreshes once a minute, which measurably extends battery life.
The last minute still counts down in seconds. Turn it off if you prefer to
see seconds throughout.
- Color-coded progress: Work = red, Break = green, Long break = blue
- Current heart rate during a session (optional)
- Pomodoro counter and dots toward the next long break
- Optional clock, so it doubles as a watch
- Black or white background (your choice)
- Pause is shown clearly on screen with a pause symbol
- On Japanese watches, the in-app display can be switched to English
- Adapts to round and rectangular watches (progress ring or edge frame)
NOTIFICATIONS
- Double vibration when a phase changes
- Single vibration as a heads-up before a work session ends (about 20% remaining)
- Each can be turned on or off
CONTROLS
- Top button: start / pause
- Lower button (press) or swipe down: Actions (Stats, Skip, Reset, Exit)
- Lower button (hold) or swipe up: Settings

What's new
Progressive method and power saving.
- Progressive: work sessions grow gradually (25, 25, 30, 30, 35 ... up to 50),
with breaks scaling to match. Start, step, cap and sessions per step are all
adjustable.
- Power saving (new, on by default): shows remaining minutes and refreshes far
less often than every second. Measured at about 10% less battery use per hour
on a vivoactive 4s. The last minute still counts down in seconds.
Prefer seconds all the way? Turn it off in Settings.
- Heart rate is now sampled in short intervals rather than continuously.
- Pause is now shown with a pause symbol on screen, not just a color change.
- Display language: on Japanese watches, you can now switch the in-app
display to English (Settings - Display language).
