About

Pull-ups, as a specific strength training exercise, strengthen your back, arms, and grip strength. Do you enjoy doing pull-ups? Then this app will help you track your pull-ups. Manually entering your pull-ups ensures accurate tracking. Start the timer and enter the number of pull-up reps using the touchscreen or the buttons. Confirm each set with the green checkmark or by pressing the Start/Stop button twice. The total number of pull-ups is shown in the center of the display. Your heart rate is measured and your calorie burn is displayed. The completed workout is saved via the menu. It also displays the total number of pull-ups for the current year and over the years. The more pull-ups you do, the stronger the avatar you see when viewing your total pull-ups. In the menu, you can select EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) as workout mode. Try to do as many pull-ups as possible at the start of every full minute for 10, 20, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. An EMOM session is saved automatically, but you can also save it at any time during the workout. In the menu, you’ll find a history of up to 5000 recent workouts, as well as statistics such as your monthly pull-ups and the number of pull-ups over the last 12 weeks.
