HOW TO SET UP
1. Install FlexGlucose from Connect IQ and open it once
2. On your phone: Garmin Connect IQ app → My Device Apps → FlexGlucose → Settings
3. Choose your source:
• Dexcom — Share/Follow username or email + password (sharing must be on in the Dexcom app)
• Libre — LibreLinkUp follower email + password (invite a follower from LibreLink first)
• Nightscout — your site URL (example: https://yoursite.herokuapp.com) + optional API secret
4. Set units (mg/dL or mmol/L) and your low/high thresholds
5. Readings refresh about every 5 minutes while your phone is connected
HOW TO USE
• Widget / Glance: add FlexGlucose to your glances for a quick value + alert chip
• Full app: open FlexGlucose from the apps list for the graph
• Tap 3H / 6H / 12H (or press SELECT) to change the graph window
• Change colours, units, and thresholds anytime in Connect IQ settings
IMPORTANT
• Phone must be nearby with internet (data travels via Bluetooth + the phone’s connection)
• Not a medical device — always confirm treatment decisions with your official CGM app or meter

mmol/L low and high alerts fixed: switch Glucose Units and low/high convert automatically (e.g. 70/180 to 4/10) so you can set and edit them. Clearer alert setting titles and prompts.
