Process Table is your body as a top-style process list: every metric is a PID row with cmd name, live value, and a goal-percentage bar; the shell prompt line with a blinking cursor is the clock. Body rows run green, activity orange, environment blue, system purple on terminal black. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
