Current vs Average Power Version 2

This is a complete rewrite of the Current vs Average Power datafield to make it more configurable. The original can be found at https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/693ec1a6-1ac5-448e-be24-836ea644cd52. Compares current 3 second power against average power. The phone app is now used to determine how wide the “In Zone” band is before you get the change of color.. It can be a percentage of the average power (like stay within ±X% of your average) or a fixed wattage amount (stay within ±X watts). When you are more than a configurable percentage or wattage amount above, either a configurable color downward triangle on a white background or a configurable color is shown. When you are more than configurable percentage or wattage amount below, a configurable color upward triangle is drawn on a white background or a configurable color is shown. Otherwise, just the 3 second average power is displayed in a configurable color field. I use this to help tell if I'm fading or maintaining the power average.
