About

Track your drinks and graph your BAC over time alongside other metrics such as heart rate. Unlike other drink trackers, this generates a real activity that includes your drinks over time and BAC over time. It constantly estimates your BAC based on your age, gender, height, weight, and time since each drink consumed in the session. I personally have used all the alcohol trackers on Garmin extensively and, although many great ones exist, felt each one lacked one or more important features. Please let me know any feature requests you might have! FEATURES - Activity-based session tracking — Start and stop drinking sessions just like any Garmin activity. Elapsed time, drink data, and BAC are all saved to your activity history. - One-button drink logging — Press the Lap/Back button to log a drink. Each drink is timestamped and the count is tracked automatically. - Real-time BAC estimation — BAC is calculated using the Widmark formula based on your Garmin profile (weight, age, gender) and updates every second during a session. - Three watch screens — Cycle through a summary screen (drink count, BAC, elapsed time), a details screen (drinks/hr, last drink, avg gap, session start), and a live BAC-over-time graph. - Configurable drink size — Choose from Light Beer (10g), Standard Drink (14g), Strong Drink (18g), or Double (28g) alcohol content per drink. - Full stomach mode — Toggle on to model gradual alcohol absorption over the first hour after each drink instead of instant absorption. - Rich FIT data export — Seven custom FIT fields are written to every session: real-time BAC and drink count charts, plus Peak BAC, Ending BAC, Drink Count, Avg Drink Interval, and Drinks/Hr in the session summary. - User profile view — See the weight, gender, age, body water ratio, and elimination rate being used for your BAC calculations. - Optimized for round displays — Clean, glanceable UI with black background and orange accents that adapts to any screen size. - Wide device compatibility — Supports 80+ Garmin watches including fenix 7/8, epix, Venu 2/3/4, Forerunner 255/265/955/965/970, Descent Mk2/Mk3, Instinct 3, vivoactive 5/6, and more. HOW TO USE Start a session — Press Start or hold Menu and select "New Session." Log a drink — Press Lap/Back during an active session. Generic mode records immediately; Common List mode lets you choose a drink before adding it. Switch screens — Short press Up or Down to cycle through Summary, Details, BAC Graph, and Time to Sober. Open the menu — Hold Up/Menu to access Settings, Drink List, User Profile, and session controls. Change drink mode — In Settings, choose "Drink Add Mode" to use Generic drinks or the Common Drink list. Adjust generic drink size — In Settings, go to "Alcohol Per Drink" and choose Light, Standard, Strong, or Double. Change elimination rate — In Settings, open "Elimination Rate" to pick a preset or reset to the calculated default. Enable full stomach mode — In Settings, toggle "Full Stomach" on to slow absorption over the first hour per drink. Control motion backlight — In Settings, toggle "Motion Backlight" off to reduce wrist-motion screen wake behavior. View drink history — In the menu, select "Drink List" to see timestamped drinks. End a session — Press Start/Stop during an active session and choose Save, Discard, or Back. Save stores the Garmin activity, Discard ends without saving, and Back keeps recording. Review in Garmin Connect — Open the saved activity to see BAC and drink count charts over time, plus session stats like Peak BAC, Ending BAC, and Drinks/Hr.
