Manchester City Football Soccer Watch Face
· v2.2.1
About
A digital watch face in the club's sky blue, on a deep blue dial.
The clock carries no colon and no longer needs one. The hour and the minute sit one above the other, stepped across the dial and set in a bold italic — the hour in white, the minute in the club's sky blue, each over its own shadow. Colour is what tells them apart.
The date stands down the left-hand side in two lines: the day and the month above, the weekday below.
Everything else the face writes is sky blue. Under the clock, your heart rate and the steps you have taken. Around the outside, a ring — that ring is your step goal, and it is drawn in the same sky blue as the numbers it counts.
At the right-hand edge, the battery as five dots and a reading. When it falls to a fifth, the last dot and the number both turn the gold of the crest.
TWO LAYOUTS, ONE FACE
Stacked is what it opens with — the clock described above. Classic is the face as it was: one line across the middle, the hour set hairline and the minutes a weight heavier, with the date up under the badge and divided by the pale stripe that falls from the crest. Long-press the face and pick Customise.
TWO DIALS, ONE FACE
Choose what sits at the top: the ship, or the club crest. The ship is what it opens with, and everything else on the dial is the same either way.
WHAT IT SHOWS
• Hours and minutes, 12- or 24-hour
• Weekday, day of the month and month
• Heart rate
• Steps taken
• Step goal, as a ring around the dial
• Battery level, with a low warning
ON THE WRIST
The always-on display keeps the clock and drops everything else — dimmed, and drifting a few pixels each minute so no pixel carries a stroke for long.
Nothing else to set up. Install it, choose it, and it is the face.
A football (soccer) watch face for Manchester City supporters — Man City, the Cityzens, the Etihad.
Requires Wear OS 5 or later. Heart rate needs the sensor permission, which the watch asks for once.
What's new
Compatible with fenix 9
A NEW CLOCK
The hour and the minute now stack, set in a bold italic and stepped across the dial: the hour in white, the minute in sky blue, both over a shadow.
• The date moves to the left and now carries the month
• Calories and steps sit lower, clear of the clock
• A new dial: the ship, now the one it opens with
• The crest dial is still there, in the same picker
• The previous look is still here — choose Classic in Garmin Connect
