FlexGlucose Field is a Connect IQ data field for workouts: your CGM reading plus the run metrics you already use, on one customisable screen.

- Run partner: CGM about 35% of the screen, then four pills (distance, pace, HR, timer)
- Label centred above the number in each pill
- Settings for pill colours, label size, number size, and HR zone colours
- Live glucose during the activity (about every 50 seconds)
- Watch vibrates once when you cross your low or high
Layouts: Run partner, Dexcom-style 4-field, 3 stacked rows, 6-cell dashboard, or glucose-only with sparkline.

How to add it
1. Install FlexGlucose Field from Connect IQ
2. Activity - Data Screens - Add Field - Connect IQ - FlexGlucose Field
3. Use a 1-field data screen for the full dashboard
4. In settings, pick layout, slots, pill colours and fonts, then Dexcom / LibreLinkUp / Nightscout / CamAPS bridge
Units: mg/dL or mmol/L. For mmol/L enter low/high as 4 and 10 (values under 40 count as mmol).
