About

Not every relic awakens all at once. This one has only begun. Long before their makers were forgotten, an ancient people created stones that could listen to the world. Nearly everything about them has been lost. Their names, their cities, and the purpose behind much of their craft have faded into silence. Yet the stones remain, scattered across the world like fragments of something unfinished. Quiet Relics: First Awakening Free brings three of those surviving relics together. The Sun Stone The Sun Stone is bound to the sun above the wearer’s own horizon. It follows the local passage of dawn, daylight, sunset, and night, changing as the sun moves through the day and as the seasons turn. Weather also leaves subtle marks upon its glow. To an untrained eye, these may seem like shifts in color, depth, or atmosphere. To a seasoned reader of Sun Stones, they can reveal something of the sky’s present mood and the conditions gathering overhead. The sun gives it rhythm. The weather leaves its mark. The Moon Stone The Moon Stone is a smooth bead of obsidian, darker than the night surrounding it. Its surface follows the changing face of the moon, but its deeper gift is awareness. The stone can sense when the moon is above the horizon, even when clouds, daylight, walls, or distance keep it hidden from view. Every full moon carries its own color within the stone. Wolf Moon glows cold blue-gray, Snow Moon turns frosty white-blue, Worm Moon takes on a muted earth green, Pink Moon appears in dusty rose, Flower Moon shifts to soft violet, Strawberry Moon deepens into berry red, Buck Moon burns forest green, Sturgeon Moon becomes blue-green, Harvest Moon shines amber gold, Hunter’s Moon turns burnt orange, Beaver Moon settles into aged copper, and Cold Moon returns to silver-blue. On the rare appearance of a Blue Moon, the stone reveals a deep cobalt glow. When the moon is absent from the sky, the stone quiets. When it rises, the relic awakens again. Over time, a practiced wearer may begin to recognize each full moon by color alone. The Ember Stone The Ember Stone is the least stable of the three. Its core flickers, swells, and cools as though a living fire has been trapped beneath the surface. Its behavior can be restless and unpredictable, but its meaning is reliable: the strength of the ember reflects the power remaining within the watch. When the reserve is strong, the stone burns with confidence. As that energy fades, the ember weakens, cools, and eventually warns of a failing charge. It is unstable by nature, but honest in its purpose. Together, the stones are more than indicators. They are a way of noticing. Becoming aware of sunrise, sunset, the movement of the moon, the changing seasons, and the shifting character of the sky can slowly tune the wearer back toward the rhythms of the world around them. The relics do not demand attention. They reward it. Features • Sun Stone attuned to local sunrise and sunset • Seasonal and weather-responsive changes • Moon Stone following the lunar cycle • Moon-above-horizon awareness • Battery-responsive Ember Stone • Animated analog hands • One exclusive free-edition background Quiet Relics: First Awakening Free is an introduction to the collection. The full edition includes additional selectable backgrounds, each presenting the relics through a different recovered design. Watch long enough, and the world begins to answer back.
