This data field displays two types of data.
Some data is displayed with averages.
(Speed/Moving Speed, Speed/Overall Speed, 3 Sec Power/Average, 3 Sec Power/Normal, Cadence/Average, Heart Rate/Average)
The horizontal line in the center shows the heart rate zone. (Heart rate zones are loaded from Garmin's user profile)
You can change the settings through Garmin Express or the Garmin Connect IQ app.
