Ring — Zone Progress Watch Face

Most rings on watch faces are just decoration — a circle of color that looks nice but doesn't mean anything. Ring is different: the colored arc around your display always represents a real percentage toward a real goal, and a small label tells you exactly what it's measuring. No guessing, no fake progress bars. HOW IT WORKS A ring of hour markers runs around the edge of the display, like a classic analog bezel. Inside it, a colored arc sweeps clockwise from 12 o'clock in proportion to your progress on whatever metric you choose. A caption directly below the date spells it out — for example "STEPS 71%" — so the ring is always self-explanatory. If the metric you picked has no real data available on your device, the arc simply doesn't draw and the caption shows "--" instead of faking a number. Choose what drives the ring from six real, goal-based metrics: - Steps Goal — progress toward your daily step count - Battery — your device's actual battery percentage - Floors Goal — progress toward your daily floors climbed - Active Minutes Goal — progress toward your weekly active minutes - Stress — your current stress score - Body Battery — your current Body Battery level BELOW THE RING A bold time display sits at the center, with the AM/PM tag placed beside it rather than stacked below — it stays out of the way so the layout never feels cramped. Three fully customizable fields sit underneath, each with its own icon: pick any combination of Battery, Steps, Calories, Heart Rate, Distance, Floors, Active Minutes, Stress, Body Battery, or Date. REAL DATA THROUGHOUT Every number on this face comes from live device data — heart rate from your optical sensor, steps and calories from activity tracking, stress and Body Battery from Garmin's sensor history, battery from the system itself. Nothing is placeholder or decorative. TYPOGRAPHY The time uses a bold, condensed numeral set (Oswald) built for at-a-glance legibility, with a matching lighter weight for labels and field values — one consistent typographic voice across the whole face. COLOR THEMES 4 built-in color options, switchable from the watch face settings — no companion app required: Red (default), Blue, Amber, and Teal. The accent color ties together the progress arc, the ring caption, and the icons on your three custom fields, so the whole face reads as one coherent design regardless of which color you pick. WHO IT'S FOR Ring is built for anyone who wants their watch face to double as a quick progress check — glance down, see exactly how close you are to today's goal, and know at a glance which goal that is.
