Summiter: Turn Every Floor into a Summit
· v1.7
About
Every floor you climb is part of a mountain.
Your Garmin already counts floors. Summiter turns them into a climb through 51 real landmarks, from the Statue of Liberty to the summit of Mount Everest.
Thirty-one floors reaches the Statue of Liberty. Keep climbing through the Great Pyramid, Eiffel Tower, El Capitan, Mount Fuji, the Matterhorn, Denali and K2. At 2,903 floors, you reach Everest.
No GPS. No subscription. No account. Just the stairs you were taking anyway.
51 LANDMARKS, ONE CLIMB
Every landmark has its own artwork, color and short fact. The journey begins with famous structures, crosses waterfalls, canyons and volcanoes, then finishes among the highest mountains on Earth.
TWO WAYS TO CLIMB
- Cumulative: one continuous ascent from 31 floors to Everest at 2,903.
- Reset Per Milestone: climb the full height of every landmark. The complete challenge is 58,911 floors.
Switch modes whenever you like. Summiter rescales your progress automatically.
YOUR PROGRESS, WHERE YOU ALREADY LOOK
- Two watch-face complications: total campaign progress and progress through the current landmark.
- A glance for checking your climb without opening the app.
- Press and hold either complication to open Summiter.
- Optional background alerts tell you when you complete a landmark while the app is closed.
STAIR MACHINES COUNT TOO
Garmin watches do not normally count stair-machine work as floors. Start a Stair Machine session and Summiter converts steps into floors at a ratio you choose, from 12 to 20 steps per floor.
OPTIONAL IPHONE SYNC
Climbing in the Summiter iPhone app too? Enable iPhone Sync separately on both devices to share one cumulative climb. It syncs progress only, never purchases. Either side can stop syncing without losing its local progress. Off by default and available in Cumulative mode only.
TRY THE FIRST TEN FREE
Summiter Free includes the complete man-made tier, from the Statue of Liberty to the Burj Khalifa, with no time limit or reduced features. Finish it and use the transfer code in this app to continue from the same point.

BUILT FOR GARMIN DISPLAYS
Summiter uses layouts and artwork made for AMOLED, MIP and monochrome Instinct screens. It supports 65 watches across the fenix, epix, Forerunner, Instinct and MARQ families.
Available in English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Forerunner 245 and 245 Music do not have a floor sensor. Use Stair Machine mode instead. Watch-face complications require Connect IQ 4.2.
PRIVACY
No ads, account or location access. Your floor count stays on the watch unless you choose to enable iPhone Sync.

What's new
Summiter now runs on the fenix 9 family — fenix 9 43mm and 47mm, fenix 9 Pro 43mm, 47mm and 51mm, and fenix 9 Pro Solar 47mm and 51mm — with nothing held back: all 51 landmarks, both complications, the glance, background alerts, stair machine mode and five languages. 65 watches supported. On the fenix 9 Pro 51mm the terrain behind each landmark is drawn rather than photographic for now.
