BikeMetrix Target Power

Displays the current target power to ride at when using BikeMetrix race plans on your Garmin head unit. Create your optimum race plan using BikeMetrix, export as a TCX and load onto your Garmin. This data field will display the target power for the current segment of the course. You can also set your coast speed via a setting on Connect IQ. If your speed goes above your set coast speed, the target power will show 0w. This means you don't need to waste course points on coasting segments but can preserve them for finer grained race plans.
