Andon Board is the production floor: takt time computes the steps per hour you need to hit goal, count-vs-plan runs the top line, and each goal line shows green/amber/red line status. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
