Grab your Stryd running power meter (Buy here: https://store.stryd.com) 2. Scroll through the apps on your watch and find Stryd IQ 3. Open the app and press ENTER to start 4. Move your Stryd power meter so the app can find it 5. Press ENTER to confirm, then you can start an activity If you receive a message saying 'device update is needed': https://www.stryd.com/support#express-update Please disable Strava Segments and Landmark Notifications before using Stryd IQ! These notifications cause Connect IQ apps to crash. If you want to set your power zones: 1. Connect your watch to Garmin Express on the computer or Garmin Connect on the phone 2. Select your watch and then select the 'Stryd IQ' app 3. Click on the app to modify the app settings 4. Copy your power zones from the PowerCenter to the 'Stryd IQ' app If you want power in the default run mode on your watch: 1. Use the Stryd Power data field 2. Find install instructions here: https://www.stryd.com/support#garmin Stryd, a foot-mounted power meter, measures your running efficiency, pinpoints your performance bottleneck, and guides you through personalized cardiovascular and strength training, as well as form improvements, so you can improve your efficiency and run faster. Stryd also provides the power-based training intensity control and race-day pacing you have grown to expect.
