Carbon Bio-Burn
· v1.0.2
About
A dedicated Garmin data field application. During workouts, it uses live heart rate and caloric expenditure from your Garmin device to algorithmically project grams of carbohydrates, protein, and fat burned, as well as fluid loss in milliliters, helping you visualize fuel depletion and optimize on-the-go nutrition.
*** This data field is 100% free to use. If you enjoy my work and want to support ongoing updates and future development, feel free to buy me a coffee: https://ko-fi.com/mermer2395 ***

** Real-time 4-Quadrant Display
Features a four-quadrant layout that displays real-time theoretical burn (in grams) for carbs, protein, and fat, alongside theoretical cumulative fluid loss, all on a single screen.
** Garmin Connect Graphs & Data Sync
Post-workout, these metrics sync automatically alongside standard activity data. You can review continuous trend charts over time for all four metrics in the Garmin Connect mobile app, as well as final estimated totals in the activity summary.
** Customizable Settings
Supports fine-tuning metabolic parameters in the Garmin Connect IQ app settings. You can manually adjust aerobic and anaerobic heart rate threshold percentages, caloric conversion constants, and hydration loss coefficients to better match personal physiological data.
If you enjoy this data field, please consider leaving a 5-star review⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Your support is vital for ongoing development and means the world to me. Thank you so much!
