Evolv Sync

Evolv Sync connects your Garmin watch to the Evolv fitness platform. It automatically syncs Body Battery, stress level, and heart rate data in the background so your trainer and the Evolv app can generate personalized readiness scores and adjust your workout intensity based on your recovery. Setup: Enter your Evolv User ID in the app settings (found in the Evolv app under Health Sync / Garmin Watch).
