There are 2 apps on the Garmin IQ Store: 1. Dogtrace GPS 2.0 - designed for new Garmin watches with larger memory. It allows you to view more information. 2. Dogtrace GPS 2.0 lite - is a version for older Garmin watches and watches with small memory. This version only displays a list of connected collars. Instructions for connecting the Dogtrace GPS 2.0 mobile app to the Garmin app: 1. Make sure the mobile apps and apps on your Garmin watch are version 1.5.2 or higher. 2. Open mobile app Dogtrace GPS 2.0. 3. Go to Menu and open Settings. 4. Click on Smart Watch. 4. !!For iPhone users only - Click the red "Link Watch" button - The app will then show which Garmin watches are paired. 5. Click on the name with the Dogtrace GPS 2.0 icon and select which version of the Garmin watch app you want to use. If the Dogtrace GPS 2.0 app crashes, the connected Garmin watch has low memory and we recommend using Dogtrace GPS 2.0 lite. --------- The Dogtrace GPS app is designed for use with the Dogtrace DOG GPS X30. The device is used for locating dogs up to a distance of 20 km. You can use Bluetooth to transmit your dogs' data from the DOG GPS X30 receiver to the phone app, display them on maps and record their routes as well as yours. Other handlers' receivers can be paired to your receiver and also displayed on the map. The DOG GPS X30T / X30TB version allows you to use the app to control the built-in electronic training collar.
