You can unlock up to 14 colors or 64 colors (depends on device) to change the background, hands, text, numbers and markings to your personal liking. This requires a code by donating for my work. This is due to restrictions of Garmin software as continuous visibility will drain the battery. Also the maximum resolution of the display is 218x218 pixels for the F3 series and 240x240 pixels for F5X/F935. So no sharper text/images can be used.
